AT&T posted an opportunity (see here to apply for the position) for a graduate student or post doc (i.e., not an undergrad opportunity) for a 10-week paid internship in climate resilience.  They made an award, but that person withdrew, so they’re looking for additional applicants by the end of this week, May 5, 2023.  The student would work with AT&T, FEMA (and Argonne National Laboratory's Center for Climate Resilience and Decision Science to help deploy climate data into a community in coordination with a local emergency management agency.  This is essentially a technical assistance offering, but instead of relying on the locality to provide an intern to help translate climate data/information, AT&T is providing an intern to help deploy.  It’s $1,400 a week from June to August and they’ll get to be a part of a larger team of EDF fellows.  The internship is 100% virtual, so no need to relocate.

EPP Memo-October 2022

Current and prospective members of the Epsilon Pi Phi Honor Society:

We have been experiencing administrative challenges over the past few months, which have not allowed EPP to provide the critical support and assistance you deserve.  Diligent efforts are currently under way to resolve the issues that have been brought to my attention.

In the interim, I ask for your continued patience and understanding during this time.  Thank you.
